Frequently asked questions
Do my members need to download an app?
No. The card goes straight into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on their phone. They tap one button in the email or text you send.
How do we check members in?
Open the MPass scanner on any phone and scan the QR code on the card. You instantly see if the membership is valid, expired or unpaid.
Does MPass collect our dues?
No. Members keep paying your club the way they do today (Venmo, Zelle, cash, your own online form). MPass takes no fee on dues or tickets; you just mark the membership as paid and the card updates.
Can the card show a season, a tier or an expiration date?
Yes. Each card shows the member’s name, tier (adult, junior, family…), member number and valid-through date, and it updates on the member’s phone when you change it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Up to 50 active cards or tickets, free forever. Paid plans start at $39/month with a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed.
