Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle collects the payment, issues the invoice, applies the VAT of your country, handles payment-related customer service and processes refunds. Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom) and Paddle.com Inc. (United States) are subject to the Paddle buyer terms.

Website and app: European static hosting. Server and data: data centre in the European Union (Frankfurt). Pass creation: PassFast. Pass display: Apple Wallet (Apple Inc.) and Google Wallet (Google LLC).
Intellectual property
The MPass brand, the app, the texts and the card designs are the property of the publisher. The 3D objects used in the designs come from Microsoft Fluent Emoji (MIT licence). Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are trademarks of their respective owners; MPass is not affiliated with Apple or Google.
