Who are we? MPass is a service published by Soufiane Mehdi Project Management Services L.L.C, Office C-42, Biz Space Business Center, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence No. 1241065), controller for the data of club administrators and processor for the data of members. Contact: hello@mpass.be.
What data and why
If you are a member of a club that uses MPass, your club entrusts us with your name, your email address or mobile number, your membership tier and your membership dates, in order to create your card and remind you when it is due for renewal. The club remains the controller of this data; we process it on its behalf. If you administer a club: your name, your email address and a hashed password.
How long
For as long as your club uses MPass, then 30 days at most. You can ask your club to delete your data at any time: your card is then cancelled and your data deleted.
Who receives your data
PassFast (pass creation), Apple and Google (displaying the pass on your phone), our European hosting provider, our email delivery service and, for administrators who subscribe to a paid plan, Paddle.com (reseller and Merchant of Record: payment, invoicing, VAT; see Paddle’s privacy policy). We never sell your data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: contact your club or hello@mpass.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
