Membership fees stay with the club
MPass never touches your members’ money: they pay the club as usual (bank transfer, cash) and you activate their card.
Tickets with no per-ticket fees
Ticketing platforms take a commission on every ticket and make you use their payment system. MPass works differently: tickets are included in your plan, and the price shown is indicative: your guests pay the organiser as usual. You create the event (party, match, tournament, gala, conference, workshop, outing), set the categories (standard, VIP, member, student) and the quotas, and share the link. Each ticket has its own QR code; the scanner, on any phone in your team, rejects duplicates and tickets that have already been scanned. For private events, you work from a guest list.

Each activity has its own design: colours, 3D object, card title, membership plans. You add your logo, your text and the back of the card. The design stays consistent, and your members recognise their club at a glance.

Frequently asked questions
How many tickets can I issue?
10 per month on the Free plan, 150 on Essential, 300 on Pro. No per-ticket fees.
Can an event be reserved for members?
Yes: a “members only” event asks for the membership number when booking.
Does the ticket appear on the day of the event?
Yes: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet show the ticket on the lock screen at the time and place of the event.
Does MPass collect membership fees?
No. You enter the amounts for information only. Your members pay the club as usual (bank transfer, in person) and you activate their card in MPass. No payment goes through the app.
Do we need to install an app?
No. You manage everything from your browser, and your members install nothing: the card goes straight into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on their phone.
