Most software for associations tries to do everything: accounting, website, newsletter, online payments. MPass does one thing and does it well: the membership card and the event ticket in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. You keep your bank account, your treasurer and your usual way of collecting payments. MPass adds the card, membership tracking (active, due for renewal, expired), renewal reminders and ticketing for your events, with a scanner on your phone. For non-profits (ASBL/VZW), the membership certificate for the health insurance fund is pre-filled with your company number (BCE/KBO).

Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for a small association?
Yes: the free plan covers 50 cards, with no time limit. Most small clubs and committees need nothing more.
Can we manage several membership tiers?
Yes: member, supporting member, family, volunteer… Each tier has its own indicative amount and its own colour on the card.
Can my treasurer have access?
Yes. You invite committee members by email: each one logs in with their own account and sees the same association.
Does MPass collect membership fees?
No. You enter the amounts for information only. Your members pay the club as usual (bank transfer, in person) and you activate their card in MPass. No payment goes through the app.
Do we need to install an app?
No. You manage everything from your browser, and your members install nothing: the card goes straight into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on their phone.
How do my members receive their card?
By email, automatically: the message contains the “Add to Apple Wallet” and “Add to Google Wallet” buttons. Each card also has a personal link you can copy and send by WhatsApp or SMS.
