Why a membership card in the Wallet rather than an app
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are already installed on every phone. Your members have nothing to download, nothing to remember and no password: they open the link you send them, tap “Add”, and the card is there. It shows the name, tier, membership number, validity and a QR code that you scan at the door. When you change something in MPass (renewal, change of tier), the card updates on the phone without the member doing anything. On the back of the card, you add whatever you like: opening hours, address, member benefits, terms.

Frequently asked questions
Does the card work offline?
Yes. Once added to the Wallet, the card displays even without a network connection. The QR code can be scanned offline.
What about members without a smartphone?
You can print the QR code of their card from MPass. The scanner accepts both.
Can we customise the design?
You choose a template per activity (90 templates), then edit the text, the membership plans and the back of the card. Your logo replaces the pictogram.
Does MPass collect membership fees?
No. You enter the amounts for information only. Your members pay the club as usual (bank transfer, in person) and you activate their card in MPass. No payment goes through the app.
Do we need to install an app?
No. You manage everything from your browser, and your members install nothing: the card goes straight into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on their phone.
How do my members receive their card?
By email, automatically: the message contains the “Add to Apple Wallet” and “Add to Google Wallet” buttons. Each card also has a personal link you can copy and send by WhatsApp or SMS.
