Membership fees stay with the club
MPass never touches your members’ money: they pay the club as usual (bank transfer, cash) and you activate their card.
Run a sports club without the paperwork
Every season it’s the same routine: rebuild the list of members, print the cards, chase the membership fees, fill in the certificates for the health insurance funds. MPass takes care of the card and the certificate. You import your list of players from Excel, each player receives a link, and their membership card is on their phone: tier (senior, youth, supporter), number, valid until the end of the season. When a player pays their membership fee to the club, you activate their card; it updates in their Wallet. For home matches and the club dinner, you create tickets that you scan at the door. The membership certificate for the health insurance fund (often €40 to €50 refunded per year) is pre-filled with the player’s details.

Frequently asked questions
Which sports are included?
Football, futsal, basketball, volleyball, handball, hockey, tennis, padel, swimming, martial arts, gym and fitness, cycling and mountain biking, running and athletics, rugby, horse riding, golf. Each sport has its own card design and default membership plans.
Is the health insurance certificate accepted?
The certificate includes the information Belgian health insurance funds ask for: club, legal form and company number (BCE/KBO), member, membership fee and period. The member attaches it to their refund request together with their proof of payment.
Can we put the player’s photo on the card?
Yes, for sports where it helps (martial arts, licences): the card uses Apple’s format with a photo.
Does MPass collect membership fees?
No. You enter the amounts for information only. Your members pay the club as usual (bank transfer, in person) and you activate their card in MPass. No payment goes through the app.
Do we need to install an app?
No. You manage everything from your browser, and your members install nothing: the card goes straight into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on their phone.
How do my members receive their card?
By email, automatically: the message contains the “Add to Apple Wallet” and “Add to Google Wallet” buttons. Each card also has a personal link you can copy and send by WhatsApp or SMS.
