Can I change plans?
At any time, from the app. The change takes effect immediately.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. Your country’s VAT (21% in Belgium) is added at checkout, unless you provide a valid EU VAT number. An invoice is issued for every payment.
What happens if I exceed my number of cards?
MPass lets you know and offers you the next plan up or a pack of extra passes. Nothing is cut off.
How do I pay for my MPass subscription?
By card, via Paddle, our reseller (Merchant of Record): Paddle collects the payment, issues the invoice with your country’s VAT and handles refunds. Note: this only concerns your MPass subscription; your members never pay in the app.
