What MPass does for your club

Membership cards in the Wallet
Each member adds their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap. It updates itself: tier, validity, renewal.

Tickets and invitations
Create an event, share the link, scan at the door with your phone. Parties, matches, tournaments, galas.

One-shot Excel import
Import your member list (Excel or CSV): all the cards are created in one go, with one link per member.

Sent automatically by email
Each member gets their card by email, with the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet buttons. You can also copy the link for WhatsApp or SMS.

Made for Belgium
Cards in English, French, Dutch and German, pre-filled health insurance fund certificate, ASBL / VZW ready. Admin interface in English, French, Dutch and German.

Membership fees stay with the club
MPass never touches your members’ money: they pay the club as usual (bank transfer, cash) and you activate their card.
A free membership card template, or a card in the Wallet?
Search for a “free membership card template” and you will mostly find files for Word, Canva or Google Docs. They do the job: you pick a layout, type in the names, then print, cut and laminate. For a book club of twelve or a one-off open day, that is all you need, and it costs nothing but paper and an evening.
A template shows its limits once the season is under way. A printed card cannot change: a member who renews in January needs a new one, and so does the member who left theirs in a coat pocket. And at the door, a laminated card looks valid whether or not this year’s fee has been paid.
A card in the Wallet is a different thing. It is not a file you print but a card that lives on the member’s phone, next to their boarding passes. It carries a QR code that you scan with your own phone, and it updates itself when you extend the membership or change the plan. That is what this membership card maker produces, and it is not something a Word file can do.
If you like the test card, you can turn it into your club’s real card: add your logo and colours (allow ten minutes or so), then add your members one by one, or share a membership link that they fill in themselves. Take a walking club with 40 members: the whole club fits in the free plan, which covers 50 active cards with no time limit. Beyond that, Essential costs €19 excl. VAT per month for up to 300 cards. See all prices.
To be clear about what you do not get: MPass does not produce a printable template, and it does not collect membership fees. Members pay the club as they do today, and you then activate their card. If you need paperwork as well, there are two free Word templates just below: a membership application form and a membership certificate.
Free templates to download
Word documents you can fill in straight away and adapt to your club. No email address needed.
Form to register a new member, with a data protection notice and photo consent.
Confirmation of membership and of the fee paid, for example for a health insurer or an employer.
Pick your sport, the card is ready
Each activity has its own design: colours, 3D object, card title, membership plans. You add your logo, your text and the back of the card. The design stays consistent, and your members recognise their club at a glance.

Frequently asked questions
Is the membership card maker really free?
Yes. The test card needs no sign-up and no credit card. After that, MPass stays free for up to 50 active cards or tickets, with no time limit. You only pay if your club needs more cards, or wants renewal reminders and membership certificates.
Is this a membership card template I can print?
No. The card is made for the phone: it goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and is scanned from the screen. For members without a smartphone, you can print the QR code of their card from MPass, and the scanner accepts both. If you want a classic card to laminate, a Word or Canva template is the better tool.
Do my members need an app or an account?
No. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are already on their phones. Members open the link you send them and tap “Add”: nothing to download, no account and no password.
What happens when the club grows past 50 cards?
MPass lets you know and offers a paid plan: Essential at €19 excl. VAT per month (up to 300 cards, with renewal reminders and membership certificates) or Pro at €49 excl. VAT per month (up to 1,000 cards, with Excel import). There is no commitment, you can try the paid plans for 14 days without a credit card, and nothing is cut off in the meantime.
Our members speak different languages. Which language is the card in?
Each card is shown in the language of the member’s phone: English, French, Dutch or German. An international club in Brussels, for example, sends the same card to everyone and each member reads it in their own language.
