Classic and sports car club membership card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
On a rally morning, thirty cars line up on a château square and the organiser has to tell entered crews from members who just came to watch. A classic car club membership card in the Wallet shows who belongs to the club, and a ticket for the rally shows who is driving today, both scanned in the time it takes to lower a window.

A card worthy of the cars it stands for
Choose dark colours and your club badge and the card takes on a racing look. It shows the member’s name, a member number, the level of membership and the date it expires. Levels might be, for example, Member at €400 and Founder at €1,000 a year. After a renewal, the new date shows on the phone without a fresh card in the post. At a rally start, a concours or the clubhouse, an organiser reads the QR code with a phone to confirm the membership is live.
| Example plan | Example amount |
|---|---|
| Member | €400 |
| Founder | €1,000 |
Example plans and amounts from the “Membership card” template: you change the names, the amounts and the validity period. MPass does not collect these amounts. On the back of the card you write your own text, for example: Collection · Sports cars · Rallies · Concours.
Three real situations
Sign-on before the spring rally
Crews pull up one by one. The organiser scans the rally ticket, hands over the road book and the rally plate, and the next car moves forward. Members who came as spectators show their card instead.
Paddock access on a track day
The circuit wants to know who is with your club. Each registered driver has a ticket with a QR code for the day, scanned at the paddock gate by a club official. Briefings and safety checks remain yours and the circuit’s.
A concours on the lawn
Entrants register through the link you send to members. On the day, the ticket confirms the entry at the gate, and the judges work from your own class list.
How it works: 3 steps
Open the “Prestige car club” template
It is already set up for this activity: “Membership card” as the title, example plans, colours. Add your logo and your own text in ten minutes.
Add your members
One by one, through a sign-up link each person fills in, or by Excel import on the Pro plan. Everyone receives their card by email or by link.
Scan with your phone
The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap. To check it, you scan its QR code with your own phone, with no hardware to buy.
Example: a club of 75 owners and four outings a year
Take a club with 60 members and 15 founders, owners of classic and sports cars. The secretary adds new members as they are accepted and activates each card once the fee has been received by transfer. With 75 cards, the Essential plan at €19 excl. VAT per month applies. For the spring rally, limited to 30 cars, he shares a ticket link with members; entry fees are paid to the club, and on the morning he scans the 30 tickets on the square before the first car leaves.
Tickets for your events too
The same app creates tickets for your events, for example “Spring rally” or “Track day”. You share a link, each guest gets a ticket with a QR code in their Wallet, and you scan at the door. MPass does not collect the ticket price: you take it as you always have. See event ticketing.
What it costs
Free up to 50 active cards or tickets, with no time limit. The Essential plan (€19 a month excluding VAT, up to 300 cards) adds renewal reminders and certificates. The Pro plan (€49 a month excluding VAT) adds Excel import. No commitment, and a 14-day trial of the paid plans with no credit card.
Frequently asked questions
Does the rally ticket give the start order and time?
The ticket is created for an event that you name, and it carries a QR code scanned at the start. Detailed timing, start order and the road book are best sent in your own briefing, since MPass does not plan routes or start times.
Is the card tied to a particular car?
No. Membership belongs to a person. The card shows the member, the level, a number and the validity, not a chassis or a registration. If a member owns several cars, one card covers them all; your register of vehicles stays in your own files.
Can a co-driver have a ticket too?
Yes, if you want each person in the car to be identified. Share the event link with the crew and each person registers under their own name. Otherwise, one ticket per car in the driver’s name is enough for the check at the start.
Does MPass collect membership fees?
No. You enter the amounts for information only. Your members pay the club as usual (bank transfer, in person) and you activate their card in MPass. No payment goes through the app.
Do we need to install an app?
No. You manage everything from your browser, and your members install nothing: the card goes straight into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on their phone.
