Each member has a padel card in the club’s colours with their name, member number, plan and end date. Member, Youth and Premium are examples; if Premium gives booking priority or a better court rate at your club, the card is how reception sees it. Booking itself stays in your booking system, because MPass does not reserve courts. Cards are sent by email or link and sit in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Upgrade someone to Premium and their card changes. Reception checks a card by scanning its QR code with a phone.

Three real situations
Four players at reception
Before a ninety-minute slot, each player shows their card. Members and premium members get their rate, the visitor pays the visitor rate, and nobody searches a list by surname while the previous four are still coming off court.
Americano night
Sixteen players, four courts, and it fills up within a day. You publish the evening as an event with a fixed number of tickets, share the link in the club chat, and scan players in at the clubhouse.
Tournament weekend
Pairs from other clubs come for the day. Their entry is a ticket with a QR code; your own members show their card for the member price at the bar and the pro shop.

It is already set up for this activity: “Padel card” as the title, example plans, colours. Add your logo and your own text in ten minutes.
Add your members
One by one, through a sign-up link each person fills in, or by Excel import on the Pro plan. Everyone receives their card by email or by link.
Scan with your phone
The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap. To check it, you scan its QR code with your own phone, with no hardware to buy.
Example: a four-court centre with 220 members
Say a centre has four indoor courts, 150 standard members, 40 juniors and 30 premium members. Example prices: €90, €50 and €190 a year, paid at reception or by transfer. Staff add new members on the spot and the card reaches the player’s phone before they have changed. For the existing members, the manager shares the membership link by email. With 220 cards the centre is on Essential, €19 excl. VAT a month, and renewals are prompted automatically a month ahead.
Tickets for your events too
The same app creates tickets for your events, for example “P100 tournament” or “Padel afterwork”. You share a link, each guest gets a ticket with a QR code in their Wallet, and you scan at the door. MPass does not collect the ticket price: you take it as you always have. See event ticketing.
What it costs
Free up to 50 active cards or tickets, with no time limit. The Essential plan (€19 a month excluding VAT, up to 300 cards) adds renewal reminders and certificates. The Pro plan (€49 a month excluding VAT) adds Excel import. No commitment, and a 14-day trial of the paid plans with no credit card.
Frequently asked questions
Can players book a court with the card?
No. MPass has no court booking. Your booking platform keeps doing that job. The card shows who is a member and on which plan, which is what reception needs to apply the right rate when the players arrive.
Premium members get booking priority here. How does the card help?
The priority itself is applied in your booking system, not by MPass. The card makes the Premium plan visible and checkable: at reception, at the bar, at a members’ evening. If someone upgrades mid-year you change the plan and the card updates.
Americano nights are always oversubscribed. Can we limit places?
Yes. When you create the event you set how many tickets exist, so the link stops handing them out once the evening is full. MPass keeps no waiting list, and the participation fee is paid to the club directly.
Does MPass collect membership fees?
No. You enter the amounts for information only. Your members pay the club as usual (bank transfer, in person) and you activate their card in MPass. No payment goes through the app.
Do we need to install an app?
No. You manage everything from your browser, and your members install nothing: the card goes straight into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on their phone.
