Tickets for a car or bike meet, ride-out or club outing: entrants and passengers
At a meet, the gate has to tell an entered vehicle from a visitor’s car in the time it takes to lower a window. MPass gives you tickets for a car meet, bike meet or club outing through one link: one type per vehicle with its driver, one per passenger, and a QR code that the marshal scans through the window.
No sign-up or credit card · 1-minute trial
The entrant’s ticket and the passenger’s ticket
The ticket shows the meet’s name, the date, the time the gates open, the meeting point and your club’s colours. Types follow what turns up, for example Vehicle + driver at €10, Passenger at €5 and Visitor free, each with a number of places matched to the pitches or the coach. The link goes to members and to friendly clubs. Each person gives a name and an email or mobile number and keeps the ticket in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Entry fees are paid to the club, at the gate or by transfer: MPass collects nothing, verifies nothing and takes no cut.
| Example category | Displayed price | Places |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicle + driver | €10 | 120 |
| Passenger | €5 | 120 |
| Visitor | Free | 300 |
Example categories, prices and numbers of places: you change everything. The price is shown on the ticket for information; MPass does not collect it.
Three moments of your event
Opening entries in winter
Owners plan their season early. You open the entries with the number of pitches the field allows, and the places left per type show how many vehicles are in. MPass asks for a name and contact details only, so make and model go on your own entry form.
The route briefing
For a ride-out or a coach trip, the ticket appears on the lock screen at the time and place of departure. The road book, the fuel stops and the lunch booking are sent by you: MPass sends no mailings and plans no route.
At the gate, engines running
Marshals scan the driver’s ticket through the window and the passenger’s beside it, then wave the vehicle to the display area. Visitors on foot use the other gate. A ticket scanned once is refused the second time, so a pass cannot go round twice.
How it works: 3 steps
Create the event
Name, date, time, doors and venue. Choose the “Meet and club outing” type, your colours or an image, then your ticket categories with a displayed price and a number of places.
Share the link
By WhatsApp, email, social media or on your website. Each person enters their name, picks a category and gets a ticket with a QR code straight away, to add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Scan at the door
Your team scans tickets with their own phones, with no hardware to buy. A ticket that has already been scanned is refused.
Example: a spring meet with 280 tickets
Picture a classic car club holding its spring meet on a showground. It opens 100 Vehicle + driver entries shown at €10, 80 Passenger tickets at €5 and 100 free Visitor tickets: 280 in all. Half of the entrants pay by bank transfer in advance; the rest pay in cash at the gate, where the treasurer has a float and her list. Three phones scan, two on the vehicle lane and one at the pedestrian gate. A total of 280 puts the club on Pro, €49 a month excluding VAT, the plan that goes up to 300 tickets a month and lets five phones scan.
Who collects the ticket price?
You do. MPass does not collect the ticket price and does not check payment: the ticket shows the amount “to be paid to the organiser”. Your guests pay you as they always have, on the door, in cash, by bank transfer or on your card reader. In return there is no commission and no per-ticket fee, and the money goes straight to you. If you need online payment at the time of booking, a ticketing platform with payments will suit you better.
What it costs

Frequently asked questions
Can entrants give their registration number, make and year when booking?
No. The booking form asks for a name and an email address or mobile number; there are no extra fields. Clubs that need vehicle details for the programme or for class awards collect them on their own entry form and use MPass for the gate: who is entered, who is a passenger, who has already come in.
Does it work for a coach trip with 50 seats?
Yes. Create the outing with one type and 50 places, or two types if members and guests pay different prices. Bookings stop when the coach is full. On the morning, the trip leader scans each traveller at the coach door, which doubles as the roll call before leaving.
Does a ticket cover the insurance or the entrant’s declaration?
No. A ticket is proof of entry and nothing more. Insurance, the entrant’s signed declaration and marshalling are the club’s responsibility and stay on paper or in your own files. MPass also does no timing, so regularity runs and timed stages need their own equipment.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The ticket opens from a link and goes into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on the phone.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. The trial button shows you an MPass pass on your own phone in a minute, with no sign-up. To create an event and share its link, you then open a free account: 10 tickets a month are included.
And the membership card?
Organisations that run this kind of event often have members too. The same app creates their membership card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and an event can be reserved for members. All cards by activity.
